LGBT FRESHERS 2009
LgbtFreshFrontThis year the LGBT team have put together some great Freshers events to give you a full taste of what the society have to offer. Check them out below and put them in your diary!
Tuesday 13th – l.g.b.t(large gathering to break tension) – 6pm LTB Foyer – FREE
First chance to mix with old and new members in a series of fun games then heading down to the SU for drinks and snacks and I chance to chat to your new friends
Wednesday 21st – “Roller world and/or Quaser” – 7pm SU bar – £10 approx
After the Sucsess of last year’s trip we have decided to do it again! With over 18’s night it a great time to meet people and have a laugh! Just don’t fire blank or end up bottoms up on the floor!
Sunday 25th – G-Sundays Chelmsford – 9pm SU bar – Return Travel £10 (may have free entry if not £4)
With the society attending regular club nights our visit is Essex biggest gay night attracting young people from all over the east of England! Regulary attracting over 1000 clubers! If you love a night out on the scene you will love this!
Thursday 29th – Film Night – “Pracilla Queen of the Desert” – 6pm LTB foyer — FREE
Film nights are a regualr event for the society, showing you a diverse range of films with free popcorn and sweets to much your way through. With a lightharted fun film to start and ending up in the SU bar for drinks after it great way to meet new people.
